Neroli Oil

Neroli oil is an essential oil obtained from the flowers of the bitter orange tree, also known as bitter orange (Citrus aurantium). Neroli oil is extracted from the flowers of the bitter orange tree by steam distillation of water. The flowers are usually picked by hand to preserve their quality and are distilled immediately to obtain a fresh essential oil.

The surface of orchards in Tunisia is 450 hectares. Tunisian quality is the most appreciated quality.
